The mandate of NI3C is to collect, test and share ICT Innovations and harness emerging technologies for integration in all aspects of education (teaching, learning and management).

NI3C, which is an acronym for National ICT Innovation and Integration Centre, is a center whose mandate is to collect, test and share ICT Innovations and harness emerging technologies for integration in all aspects of education (teaching, learning and management). CEMASTEA is an acronym for Center for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa. CEMASTEA, is mandated to build and enhance capacity of teachers for effective delivery of curricula.
